We are hoping to have the server back up and running today.

If you need to get your stream changed to another server then please open a support ticket and we will get you changed over and back online right away.

Unfortunately, the datacentre is not yet able to reactivate the IP address as the attack is large. Service will resume as normal once the attack stops but we don’t have an ETA for this yet.

I have been notified that the network team have temporarily null routed the IP due to a large scale attack. Once this has subsided, the IP will be reactivated and service will be back to normal.

I will be in constant contact with the network providers to ensure that the server is put back online without delay.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but there isn’t much we can do at the moment until the attack subsides.
