  • Scheduled maintenance – Premium network Shoutcast servers

In order to make improvements to our statistics, we will be performing maintenance which will result in Shoutcast servers on the premium network being restarted. This will result in a minute or so of downtime.

This will allow us to display the statistics you require for reporting in a more user friendly way, you will no longer need to run reports as the new system will get the stats automatically at the end of each day.

Maintenance schedule:

Date: 4th April 2013Time: 2AM BST (GMT+1)
Expected downtime: < 1 minute

The same will be applied to value network servers in the coming week.

  • ISSUE RESOLVED WITH UK1-PN

As you may be aware, there have been some issues with UK1-PN lately with three occasions of downtime since the end of September. We have now found the problem that caused the unfortunate outages and expect the server to be back to normal.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused by the recent issues and thank you for your patience, we don’t expect this to happen again now.
