We will be performing maintenance on uk1-vn in the next 24 hours which will cause about 20 minutes of downtime. This is urgent maintenance to replace the RAM on the server which has been causing the server to crash every few weeks. Once the maintenance is complete, we expect no more issues with the server.

Update: The issue is now resolved after a reboot.

The server has been successfully rebooted and everything is back up and running.

The server uk1-vn will be rebooted shortly due to some slowness on servers and the control panel not working. We expect the reboot to take place shortly and this will cause an outage of 5 minutes or so. Notifications will be posted here when the server goes down and comes back up.

Servers should start back up, but if yours doesn’t then please log in to start it or open a support ticket if that doesn’t work.
