Err: ping: packet loss exceeds 80%
Due to a rare issue with the server, it requires a reboot. This will cause a few minutes of downtime but it will come back up shortly.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
It seems that the outage on uk1-vn is due to planned maintenance at the datacentre and will be back on in a couple of hours. Sorry for the lack of notice, it looks like their email got filtered into my spam folder.
It seems like uk1-vn has gone down. We have a ticket open with the datacentre to look in to this.
I will be performing an update on the systems used for stopping/starting streams today. All shoutcast streams will need restarting, but this will only cause a few seconds of downtime and then the servers will come back up automatically.
This is intended to resolve any issues with servers randomly stopping as reported by a small number of customers.
The restarts will be performed over the next few hours.
UPDATE: This is now complete on all servers apart from USA3-VN which needs some more work before the change can be made. Updates will be posted here on any maintenance. This will be within the next week.
