The datacentre has confirmed that there is a switch issue and that they are currently working to resolve the intermittent packet loss asap.

You may have noticed some small outages and high packet loss (2-3 minutes each time max.) on usa2-vn, usa3-vn and usa7-vn today. We have a ticket open with the datacentre to see what’s been happening and I will post an update shortly.
