- [update] flash, stats
Thank you for your patience, the issue is now resolved. We expected data loss but have managed to recover all graph history stats so nothing has been lost.

I’ve added an alternative link for the flash player so that it can still be used whilst the server is being worked on. The temporary link is http://mixstream.net/flash/SERVERID:PORT
Change SERVERID to your server ID (e.g uk1-pn or usa2-vn etc)
Change PORT to your port number (e.g 8000)
The server is still refusing to boot up so we may have to get it reinstalled, we are hoping that we can back up the graphs but can’t guarantee it. Updates will follow.
We are currently experiencing an issue with the server that hosts our Shoutcast stats and Flash player (shoutcast.mixstream.net).
The server is currently being tested as it won’t boot up. There is no ETA at the moment but we hope to have the server back up shortly.
This does not affect any stream servers, all streams are up – it’s just the flash player and stats not working at the moment.
We have brought the AutoDJ service under our new control panel which is at http://streampanel.mixstream.net. If you have an AutoDJ account then please start using the new address.
You should log in using the same email and password that you use for the billing/support area – the point of the change is to bring all services under a single login which is now the case with all non-reseller accounts.
If your AutoDJ services don’t show up in the new panel then please contact support – this could be that your username on the old panel doesn’t match your billing username (which is you email address).
The new features will be added to AutoDJ in the near future, but the new control panel has all of the same functionality as the old panel.
The server is now back up and running – the flash player is up.
Please allow some time for the graphs to come back – I’m hoping that the backups will mean that no data is lost but from previous experience, it can be a bit tricky.
Thank you for your patience and apologies for any problems caused by this outage.
It seems like the old disk has fully died so I’m having to go with plan B and restore from a backup from here. This will take some time to upload and configure.
Still having issues with the server. The old drive doesn’t seem to be working still and I’d prefer to get the data from it so that the history graph data isn’t lost.
If it’s not sorted by tomorrow then I’ll have to go ahead and do a fresh install, but that hopefully won’t happen.
Apologies for the amount of time it’s taking, but it can’t be helped I’m afraid.
